I wanted to address this right off the bat. I’m going to tell you up front that I didn’t start this site to try and sell you anything. I’m not here to make my fortune. I’m not doing this to use people to make money.
All that being said, I’m not allergic to money, nor am I opposed to making money. As I post new stuff on here, I’ll be talking about products and/or services that I use or have used in the past. Many of those products and services offer affiliate programs, and many of them don’t. For the ones that do, I will be using affiliate links to those products and services.
If I’m going to be talking about something and recommending it to others, I’m not opposed to getting some benefit from it. If you like what I’m doing here and you enjoy the site, you can choose to click on the links in my posts to buy whatever I’m talking about. It won’t cost you a thing…not a single, solitary penny. It just lets the affiliate partner know that their sale came from someone visiting my site, and they’ll give me a small commission for the sale.
I’m also going to promise you right now that I’ll never recommend a product just to get a commission. Like I said, I’m not opposed to making money, but I also won’t promote things I don’t believe in just to make a buck. If I don’t like it, I won’t be writing about it.
Basically, I’m going to be talking about and recommending the things I like whether there’s a benefit in there for me or not. Any money I do make will be used to keep the site up and running, to buy supplies and do more cooks/experiments to post about, and to buy products to review.
If you choose to purchase something through one of the links on my site, I thank you in advance for your support. If you choose not to, that’s all good too. I appreciate you stopping by either way!
