This is a more recent rub that I came up with over time. It was inspired by a store-bought rub that I enjoyed, but felt it was lacking something.
This is a great go-to rub for pork and chicken. Not so much for beef, but you can’t solve everything with one dry rub!
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup honey powder
1/3 cup granulated onion
1/3 cup paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons black pepper
